One of the issues that many University Institute of Technology MARA (UITM) Penang students have been suffering especially to those living outside is because of the transportation system that the institute have. The institute has been really generous as by providing transport for students to go back and to campuses as well back to colleges or their own houses. Unfortunately, the transportation system the institute has fails to meet the students’ expectations. The institute has prepared a number of buses to fetch the students from their respective places. The buses on the other hand, would usually arrive to pick up the students in a random manner. For example, if a student would to wait for the bus at 10 a.m. the bus might come at 10.05 or maybe 10.10 sometimes at 10.30 or even worse at 10.40. Therefore there are some irregularities between the time the bus arrive to fetch the students. Having to wait for a long time is actually a waste of time. There are at times when students who arrive at the bus station later than the students who have waited 30 minutes earlier are able to get on the bus. Thus, this is a really depressing phenomenon. That is why The Student Shuttle Service (3S) will introduce its new product to help these unfortunate students to solve their transportation problems by introducing our own shuttle to get the students to and from campuses as well as to their houses
